I brought Danny in to help us in validating our new long-term strategy. He developed structured cross-functional working methodologies and implemented a new Growth operating model, significantly enhancing our operational efficiency.

Danny facilitated us to roll out our cross-functional model successfully, first as a test with our customer acquisition team and subsequently applying it across two additional business units. This transition enabled us to move from a funnel-based approach to a more dynamic loop-based operating model.

He broke down existing silos between departments and then aligned our organisation towards shared objectives and worked with fellow exec team members to integrate these initiatives into our OKR process.

Danny consulted and coached us on our org design, hiring processes and long-term planning.
