What is it?
A dedicated bespoke Marketing coaching programme, designed to coach leaders and coach their department and team(s) leaders. It is problem-solving for Marketing Departments and leaders.
Who’s it for?
Department leads (usually CMOs, but CPOs and COOs opt in for this too) needing to coach their department and drive performance. This can also run with team leads, so VPs, Director & Heads Of’s, these work best if they are in control their decisions of the department.
The Format?
The format is what suits you, often remote. When in the UK, it can be in‑person; many choose hybrid
I have coached leaders from across the globe, so time zones can be worked through
There are prep requirements for team members
There is also homework from coaching sessions and workshops; you will be held responsible
You will need to be a leader from day 0 of training, so before coaching starts, we will need to review a draft plans, org charts, active and upcoming OKRs and annual strategies.
