Why? It is the future because viewers want to know more about the interviewee, and they want to see behind the story, not just hear about it. Even the best interviewers struggle to pull out answers that really demonstrate their day and their struggles.

The struggle Joe goes through in just 5 minutes of training with Dakota highlights this perfectly. You can see the respect Joe gives to Dakota and MMA fighters and is able to relate back to his professional career, often highlighting why his mind was key to his game, knowing he wasn’t the best but his mind would propel him and enable him to compete at the highest level truly.
